The Kenrick Corporation provides lawn mowing and landscaping services for BHVA's common areas.

Your Street HOA fees may entitle you to lawn services for your home. Contact your Street HOA for details.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25 will be applied if received after the 15th of the month.

Plowing of the roads and parking lots begins when 3.0" or more of snow has accumulated on more than 50% of BHVA's paved common area surfaces.

If you should have a concern or question regarding common area plowing, please call Kenrick Corporation at (585) 424-1540

There is no curbside pickup service in this community. Please dispose of trash at your designated collection facility, which is emptied bi-weekly. Recycling is available only at the BHVA refuse & recycling facility.

Large amounts of trash or trash and debris from construction projects need to be taken to the Town of South Bristol Transfer Facility (585) 374-6341

Homeowners are responsible for their own Homeowner's Insurance.  If you live in a Condo, please contact your management company, or if you live in an HOA, please contact your HOA Board for more information.
